Craft—Watercolor and Sand Painting
Inspired by Robert Smithson's Spiral Jetty art installation, the children used watercolors to create watery backgrounds and then painted their own unique designs with a glue/water mixture. We topped off the design with sand and glitter. (Credit to sarahlipoff.com for the project idea.)
