Cooking Matters Talk: "Eating for the Long Haul: Nourishing Our Brains and Bodies as We Age."

"Cooking Matters" welcomes registered dietitian Joanne Heidkamp who will share current research on the foods and nutrients that support a healthy brain and body and help to ward off chronic disease throughout the life span. She will help participants develop a personalized eating plan, and share some resources for those who want to explore the topic more deeply
