Want to lower your stress level and unlock calm? Join our bi-monthly meditation program. Through the practice of meditation, breath-work and balancing Chakras, you will learn about the different types of meditation and discover how, when and where to meditate. All levels welcome. No registration required. Fridays, February 21 & March 6 & 20th from 12-1 pm.
