Video Conferencing at the Library
The Dorothy Alling Memorial Library of Williston received a grant through the Vermont Department of Libraries for videoconferencing equipment.
Videoconferencing can be used with Google, Skype, Zoom or other free applications. It has many uses such as online training or meetings, book club discussions and job interviews. It allows two or more locations to communicate through video and audio transmissions over the Internet. Anyone can use this free service. No library card is needed, it is free and open to the public. Please see the complete policy here.
